ERA's Sellers Security Plan

Guaranteed sale, guaranteed price.

When you accept an offer from ERA Franchise Systems, Inc., the Sellers Security® Plan assures you that ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. will buy your current house if it doesn't sell within 180 days from the application date. ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. guarantees the purchase price offer, so you'll know in advance the minimum you can expect from the sale of your house. You'll also have plenty of time to see if any other buyer is willing to pay more.

Community Heroes Program

CHP is a grant program for the purchase or sale of real estate for firefighters, police officers, military personal, licensed teachers, and substitute teachers. CHP is offered exclusive through ERA Legacy Realtors. This program was created to provide financial assistance through a grant program aimed at giving back to the community.

To enroll in this program you must complete and agree to the terms of the program and submit the application for approval.

There are a limited number of applicants approved each month. Please allow five business days for approval.

Program terms and requirements.

Whether you are buying or selling your home you may receive up to $1000 gift back from ERA Legacy.
If you are buying and selling you may up to receive $1000 off per transaction totaling $2000, in addition to other discounts offered.
Money can be used to reduce purchase price, payment towards closing costs or cash at settlement.
