This dynamic course teaches Marketing, Selling, Negotiating, Closing, Presentation skills, ERA products and services, and much more.
The ERA ACCELERATION course uses interactive video and print material to simulate as closely as possible, the necessary skills and practices required of an ERA sales associate in the marketplace.
A pro-active course that will empower sales associates with confidence, skills, knowledge, creative energy and professional integrity. Career advancement is integral to the continued success of ERA.
Business Plan Work Shop
We provide a working model at the beginning of the year to help you establish, motivate for and achieve your own business goals. Resources to help track your key management numbers, list to sale price, days on market etc.
Track for Success Training
Practical hands on experience and knowledge of many diverse real estate dealings. Top agents and Broker available daily with over 30 years of combined experience to aid in dealing with any problems. Both your peer agents and staff have an intricate knowledge of all the forms used in day to day real estate transactions.
Monthly continuing education classes taught in the office by the Utah Assoc of Realtors Attorney Curtis Bullock.
